Touchstone Corporate limited is authorised and regulated by the financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and are members of the National Association of Commercial Finance Brokers (NACFB), we have strategic partnerships with a number of lenders, some of which deal only with selected brokers, and our friendly team always endeavour to arrange facilities that are both cost effective and meet your or your client’s requirements.
We are always happy to discuss a proposal and advise about the possible finance structure, options and likely pricing. Touchstone can then effectively and efficiently process the application and help clients to meet the pre-condition for the loan.
We charge a proposal fee of £229 together with a ‘success only’ fee, typically 1% (minimum £1,500).
